• Once your payment is made, please make an appointment to come in for an impression mold of your teeth. Please choose "In-store Pickup" at checkout for this option as well.
• To book an impression mold appointment in-store, please go to the "Book" tab on our website and choose the "Custom Grillz" option to schedule your appointment.
• If you want us to send you the mold, please choose "Priority Mail" at checkout and add your shipping address. You will not be charged a shipping fee.
• Once you receive your impression mold kit, full instructions will be included in the package.
