If you need to reschedule your appointment, 48 hours' notice must be given in order to have your deposit apply to your new appointment day/time. If 48 hours' notice is not provided, you will lose your deposit. You can still reschedule, but the original deposit will not be applied to your new appointment total. No exceptions.
