Please note: This booking is ONLY for people that have made an online purchase and have received a confirmation email that their order is ready for pickup. This is NOT a booking for in-store shopping or same day orders.

TOOTH GEM & TEETH WHITENING BOOKINGS: All deposits are non-refundable, even if you cancel your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, 48 hours' notice must be given in order to have your deposit apply to your new appointment day/time. If 48 hours' notice is not provided, you will lose your deposit. You can still reschedule, but the original deposit will not be applied to your new appointment total. No exceptions. TECH CLASS BOOKINGS: All payments are non-refundable but are transferable for tech classes only.
