Shipping & Returns Terms

 

Shipping

FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders over $99 (excluding taxes). Estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days after processing. International Shipping rates will apply to those located outside of the U.S. and are subject to international shipping fees. Purchaser is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and any other regional fees in addition to our international shipping charge. 

 

For U.S. orders under $99 (excluding taxes), all shipping rates will vary depending on package type, weight, and "ship to" location. All shipping charges are tailored to each order and are calculated based on USPS Priority Mail shipping charges and will apply on all U.S. merchandise orders. Estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days, including processing and handling.

Orders must be placed by 12:00PM PST for same day processing (excludes international shipping). Processing time usually takes 1-3 business days and excludes weekends and federal holidays. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days.  International shipping delivery is typically within 30 business days (please check with customs if more than 20 days have passed). Please note: Longer delays may apply within the U.S. and Internationally due to the current global pandemic.  Please refer to your country's postal service website for updates regarding delivery times and/or delays.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will include your tracking number and service used for your shipment.

Backorders:  If an item your order is or becomes out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified and given the option to wait for the item to be shipped upon restock, substitute it for a similar item, or receive a refund or store credit for that item.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return your purchase (excludes Swarovski®, Gold Couture, Diamond Couture, Grillz, Teeth Whitening Products, and Nail Couture) within 7 days of the original purchase date, unused, in the original packaging, padded envelop, or box. Please include a copy of your purchase receipt, that includes your order number, in the shipment. The postmark on your return must be within 7 days of the original purchase date. Returns are not available after 7 days from the original purchase date and are based on approval once reviewed. Restocking fees may apply. We are not accepting exchanges at this time.

Once your return is received, we will begin processing your return. Processing time is typically 1-3 business days. You will then receive an email confirmation that your return has been received and has been processed. We will process and refund your return for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Refunds can only be made to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Please note, your bank may require additional processing time outside of our control. Should this occur, please contact your bank directly for more information.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns on any items.

Chargebacks/Stop Payments:
All chargebacks and stop payments will be considered as failure to pay as promised and will be reported to all credit bureaus as fraudulent and/or delinquent accounts. We reserve the right to collect any chargeback and/or stop payment fees and to seek legal action, as necessary, on any chargebacks and stop payments.
